ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Mark, a passionate Fitness Professional and First Aid Instructor. I have over 20 years experience in the Health and Leisure industry, working as a Lifeguard up to a General Manager and lots in-between.

I have been a First Aid instructor for over 6 years. Originally I delivered courses within an independent school to a variety of people across a number of departments. I am now delivering courses across a number of different industries, from Leisure professionals to professional drivers and a variety of different companies.

As a fitness professional I work with individuals and groups. I am keen to ensure that I don't just offer a quick fix and I give my clients the knowledge and resources to make the sustainable changes required within their lives. I have trained the Rugby School 1st XV in preparation for and whilst on their tour to Japan. I have also worked with individuals helping them lose weight, train and prepare for events and improve their wellbeing.

I love to teach group exercise classes and Boot Camps are my opportunity to educate and develop groups of people whilst having lots of fun.

I am a keen triathlete and I have done several half ironman events. I have competed in numerous running events and completed 5 marathons. I really enjoy a bike challenge, completing the John o' Groats to Lands End ride with a group in just 8 days and the Big 5 Ride, which saw us cycle through 5 capital cities in 5 days.
